What it costs
Every project has a fixed price, agreed in writing after a discovery call, so there are no hourly surprises. You pay on one of our two payment plans, Elite or Normal, set out in our terms. See the payment plans.
After launch, the monthly plan is US$250 a month and covers security updates, monitoring and fixes. You can cancel it at any time.
Anything that runs in accounts in your name, such as phone lines, AI model usage or a hosting provider, is billed by that provider at its own rates.

How much does a custom app cost?
Each app has a fixed price, quoted in writing after a discovery call. After launch, the monthly plan is US$250 a month and covers security updates, monitoring and fixes.
Web, Android or iOS?
All three. We build web apps and mobile apps for Android and iOS, so your office and your field team use the same system.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
Yes. Apps connect to the data you already have. We connect to most tools through their APIs, and we can work from spreadsheets and email when a tool has no API.
Who can see what?
Access is role-based: each person sees and changes only what their role allows, from field staff to managers.
Who owns the app?
You do, once the project is paid in full: the code, the data and the app. We keep only our own reusable tools, and you get a permanent licence to the ones in your app.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. You get a written timeline with the fixed quote before any work starts, and you see working progress every week.
