US sales tax rules differ by state, and in Canada GST/HST and PST differ by province. The software tracks the rates and categories you set up with your accountant. It does not give tax advice: every filing is reviewed and signed off by your accountant or CPA.

What it costs
Every project has a fixed price, agreed in writing after a discovery call, so there are no hourly surprises. You pay on one of our two payment plans, Elite or Normal, set out in our terms. See the payment plans.
After launch, the monthly plan is US$250 a month and covers security updates, monitoring and fixes. You can cancel it at any time.
Anything that runs in accounts in your name, such as phone lines, AI model usage or a hosting provider, is billed by that provider at its own rates.
Questions
What does "proprietary to your business" mean?
The software is built for your business alone, around your own categories, workflows and reports, instead of being a package other companies also use. The custom work is yours once it is paid in full; we keep only our own reusable tools, and you get a permanent license to the ones in your software.
Does it track inventory?
Yes. It tracks your stock as you buy and sell, counted the way your business counts it, so your inventory and your tax figures come from the same records.
Does the software file my taxes?
No. It prepares the figures: it scans invoices and receipts, sorts expenses, tracks sales tax, GST/HST or PST, and reminds you before each deadline. You or your accountant review and file, and the software is not tax advice.
Does it handle both US sales tax and Canadian GST/HST?
Yes. It tracks US sales tax, GST/HST and PST, with the categories and rates you and your accountant set up.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. It produces accountant-ready exports and filing checklists, so your accountant or CPA reviews organized records instead of a box of receipts.
How much does custom accounting software cost?

Is our financial data safe?
It stays in accounts you own. For sensitive work we deploy private models on your own servers, so nothing is sent to a third-party AI.
